The data retrieved is used strictly for internal business purposes, including:

• Calculating market demand and "Sell-Through Rates" (STR).

• Determining competitive pricing for educational materials and collectibles.

• Managing physical inventory locations (Bins) within our facility.

3. Data Retention and Third Parties

• No Persistence of Personal Data: We do not store, "persist," or harvest personal information of eBay buyers or other third-party users. All API data is used for real-time market analysis.

• No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or share any data retrieved from the eBay API with third parties.

• Security: We use industry-standard encryption and secure environments (Google Cloud/Antigravity) to process our business research.

4. Marketplace Account Deletion
